We have an exciting opportunity for a junior project manager to join our account management team in Levallois-Perret. The purpose of the role is to project manage a major implementation project as well as support the commercial team.

Project management 

• Oversee the implementation  International SOS services for a major account. 

• Coordinate with various teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones. 

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources in support to the Project Manager 

• Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide project updates and address any concerns. 

• Identify and mitigate potential risks to the project. 

• Support the launch of the services, including training and onboarding of the client’s team, and internal communication  

• Monitor the performance of the services post-launch and make necessary adjustments: 

• Prepare custom reporting

• Prepare business reviews 

• Coordinate with finance 

Sales Support: 

• Support the Account Managers and Key Account Manager of the team: prepare quotations, proposals, organize assistance center tours, prepare business review. Focus on client reporting and provide ideas of improvement  

• Advise and educate clients on service offerings, embedding them into client policies and procedures to maximize benefits.

• Qualifications: Master degree in Business school or University

• Communication Skills: Written and spoken French/English. Effective communication is crucial for project managers to convey ideas, expectations, and feedback clearly to team members and stakeholders 

• Organizational Skills: Being able to organize tasks, manage time efficiently, and prioritize work is essential for keeping projects on track
