As CEO Office Project Manager, you will work closely with the Chief of Staff to support the CEO and executive leadership in driving Ipsos’ strategic agenda. You will be responsible for coordinating key strategic initiatives, supporting executive communications, and ensuring the efficient governance of Ipsos’ top decision-making bodies. As the key point of contact for the CEO Office, you will play a central role in facilitating collaboration across the organization. Main Responsibilities
Contribute to Strategic Projects
Assist in the development and monitoring of Ipsos’ key strategic initiatives.
Perform project management for the implementation of strategic projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business objectives.
Manage selected cross-functional projects to improve operational efficiency and business performance.
Support the CEO in Communications
Draft internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO in coordination with the Group’s MarComs team.
Prepare key messaging and briefing documents for the CEO’s meetings, public appearances, and internal events.
Support the organization of key internal events such as investor days, quarterly town halls, and strategic workshops.
Ensure consistency and alignment in the CEO’s messaging across different channels and audiences.
Coordinate the Corporate Agenda / Annual Cycle
Plan and oversee the CEO’s corporate calendar, ensuring alignment with key business milestones and priorities.
Prepare briefing notes and reports for internal meetings, ensuring clarity and alignment with company priorities.
Act as a key liaison between the CEO’s office and senior executives to streamline workflows and decision-making.
Serve as the key point of contact for the CEO Office within the organization, ensuring efficient communication and coordination with teams across Ipsos.
Support the execution of corporate initiatives and ensure timely follow-up on key actions.
Support the Governance of Decision Bodies (Executive Committee & Group Management Committee)
Organize and manage the agenda, logistics, and materials for Executive Committee and Group Management Committee meetings.
Draft meeting minutes, track key decisions, and ensure follow-up on action points.
Ensure that decision-making bodies operate efficiently by maintaining clear documentation and reporting structures.
Facilitate smooth communication between committee members and the CEO’s office.
10 years of experience in project management, corporate strategy, management consulting, or executive support roles.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions while operating within the constraints and requirements of a listed corporate group.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize complex information.
Ability to build trusted relationships and collaborate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders, including senior executives, operational teams, and external partners.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Proficiency in both English and French.
