Working closely with Dimitri, our Head of Data, your role will be central to JOIN! We’re looking for our first Data Analyst to create our Data department and leverage an extensive dataset to better understand the behavior of our end-users and helping us maintain our expertise in the web stories market.
Through this role, you will have the opportunity to support our growth through data-driven decision-making, but also contribute to improving our internal processes, enhance strategic planning, and support our customers more effectively!
Data Analysis: Collect, cleanse and analyze data to uncover key insights that drive decision-making. This includes exploring how End-Users interact with stories, assessing Product usage to shape our roadmap, and analyzing CRM data to boost team performance.
Data Visualization: Take ownership of the implementation of our BI tool and create interactive dashboards from our Product, End-User Analytics and CRM data tables.
Training: Ensure that our teams are fully conversant with the best practices for using and interpreting the data and dashboards made available to them.
Data Quality: Monitor data quality and work with the technical team to resolve data-related issues.
Business & Customer Intelligence: Collaborate with internal teams to understand their data needs and provide appropriate solutions and reporting to help manage their activities and make strategic decisions.

You have a master’s degree in engineering;
You have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position;
You have strong SQL skills;
You have already worked with BigQuery;
You are familiar with several data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker or Superset);
You are autonomous and don’t hesitate to take the initiative to achieve your goals;
You have strong analytical skills and are able to extract important information from large datasets;
You know how to work with business teams and how to explain data to non-technical people;
You are rigorous and methodical.

2️⃣ 1-hour interview with Dimitri, our Head of Data, to discuss more about your background, your motivation, your projection and answer all your questions.
