Your mission will be twofold:

• Ensure a highly reliable carpooling service that remains fast and responsive, even under increasing usage volumes.

• Contribute to feature development to enhance the experience for both users and our B2B clients, including enterprises and local authorities.

You will be part of the Web & Data team, working on the core components of our system in close collaboration with the Mobile and Data Science teams. You’ll develop new frontend and backend features for our Web and Mobile products while improving existing codebases in terms of structure and performance. You’ll work alongside three other senior backend developers to tackle these challenges.

In all your work, you’ll keep a strong focus on performance and quality.

What we’re looking for in you:

• You are autonomous and enjoy working on diverse projects.

• You have experience developing in complex, existing systems. You can dive into third-party code, analyze it, and quickly understand how it works.

• You are motivated by technical challenges but also care deeply about product impact. You aim to ensure that your work meets the expectations of other teams and, most importantly, the needs of our users.

• Expert proficiency in Vue 3, with solid experience in state management (Vuex or Pinia), component-based architetvuecture, and performance optimization.

• Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript and Typescript

• Experience with UI/UX best practices, including responsive design, accessibility, and front-end performance tuning.

• Familiarity with frontend testing strategies (unit tests, integration tests, end-to-end testing).

• Good knowledge of Python backend development, including experience with REST API development and ensuring reliability with unit testing.

• Proficiency in Cloud environments (GCP, AWS or Azure).

• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Terraform, GitHub CI) and familiarity with frontend build pipelines (Vite, ESLint).

• Good understanding of software architecture patterns, both for frontend and backend applications.

  Your plus:

  • Awareness of security best practices, including authentication strategies (e.g., SSO, OAuth) and API security.

  • Hands-on experience with Django/Django REST Framework, including best practices for API security and scalability.

  • Experience working with relational databases including query optimization in high-volume environments.
