Who are we?

moka.care is a mental health solution for companies, with one mission in mind: nurturing healthy minds to foster healthy organizations.

We guide employees through individual and group therapy or coaching sessions.

Alongside we help HR teams to take care of their employees’ mental health on a daily basis.

Where we are currently: Since our creation in December 2019, more than 250 companies (L'Oreal, Spendesk, Qonto, Engie, Castalie, etc.) have joined moka.care, and we now have over 200,000 employees covered in France but also throughout the world!

We have raised 17,5 million euros and are 60 to help companies improve their mental well-being.

🧑‍💻 Why do we need you?

Shape our growth story!

As a Sales Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding our enterprise partnership portfolio.

You will work directly with Sean and collaborate with Pierre-EtienneGuillaumeCarolineRémyMartin and Léa

Daily you will:

Lead the entire sales cycle:

Contribute to the lead generation efforts, alongside the marketing & BDR team until closure

Cultivate and nurture your pipeline through diverse channels to ensure a steady flow of opportunities.

Drive new business acquisition and expansion:

Utilize various strategies, including "feet in the door" approaches to acquire new accounts

Focus on expanding existing accounts while maintaining a balance with acquiring new ones.

Meeting Excellence:

Prepare meticulously and lead meetings with Sean or Pierre-Etienne or Guillaume with a high level of professionalism and structure.

Employ diverse strategies, from assertive approaches to responsive tactics, to secure new accounts

Balance between nurturing existing accounts and acquiring new ones to sustain and amplify our reach.

Goals within 3 to 6 Months:

Propel deals through the sales funnel, achieving substantial progress towards targets.

Exceed individual targets within the initial six months of joining.

This role is your calling if:

You thrive on championing market evangelism: Drive the mission of fostering healthy organizations by spreading awareness in the market. Your resilience, ability to rebound from setbacks, and eagerness to learn from defeats make you an invaluable asset.

You're a master of Mid to key account management and navigating average to long sales cycles: Leverage your expertise to navigate complex sales cycles with finesse. Your adaptability and persistence in overcoming challenges will be the cornerstone of your success in this role.

📇 You’re the ideal candidate if you:

  • Possess a minimum of 4 years' experience in B2B sales.
  • Can foster senior-level relationships within organizations.
  • Exhibit an entrepreneurial mindset, agility, and proactivity.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational and process mapping skills.
  • Embody empathy, listening skills, proactivity, grit, and boldness in pushing boundaries.
  • Ideally, possess knowledge of HR personas and international environments.
