Otoqi is seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the development of budgets, management of reforecasts in collaboration with the CEO, General Managers (GM), and local Financial and Administrative Managers (RAF) across various countries. This role requires a proactive approach to financial analysis, cash management, and the implementation of robust financial control processes.
Budget Development & Management:
Develop and manage the company’s annual budget.
Coordinate reforecasting processes in partnership with the CEO, GMs, and local RAFs.
Financial Reporting:
Prepare and present monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) reports.
Generate and analyze monthly cash flow reports.
Collect and process financial information from local RAFs.
Gross Margin Analysis:
Cash Flow Management:
Ensure the efficient tracking and optimization of cash flow.
Implement strategies to manage and optimize cash flow processes.
Control Process Implementation:
Develop and implement financial control processes.
Conduct financial analyses to support strategic decision-making.
Track and analyze key financial performance indicators (KPIs).
Provide recommendations for process and system improvements.
Tool and Process Optimization:
Implement tools to optimize administrative and financial processes.
Enhance internal control systems.
At least 5 years of experience in FP&A, Controlling, audit ;
Significant experience in financial management, previous experience in financial control or finance roles within a startup environment is highly desirable.;
Excellent project management skills and ability to work as part of a team ;
Proficiency in financial management tools and billing systems ;
Ability to work effectively with technical and operational teams ;
Strong analytical skills and ability to solve problems proactively ;
You have a great adaptability skills to work in a constantly evolving and fast paced environment ;
You are fluent in French and English (Italian or German is a plus)
