Since its inception in 2016, Otoqi has established itself as a leading French start-up in the automotive logistics sector. Our strength lies in combining cutting-edge technology with operational excellence.

Each year, our 1500 partner drivers move over 500,000 vehicles across Europe, all delivered in under 48 hours. Our platform helps car dealers and rental companies overcome their logistical challenges.

We set the industry standard for vehicle transportation in Europe, offering ever more reliable and faster service through continuous innovation. In 2023, we achieved a record-breaking 500,000 completed missions!

With €6M raised in our Series A funding round in 2021, and a presence in France, Italy, and Germany, we are targeting new countries for our international growth in the coming years.

To handle our next phase, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager.

Your role

As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will drive the full recruitment lifecycle for our Paris office (Headquarters and France Business unit).

      • Manage Recruitment: Oversee the recruitment process for the French business unit and Group Headquarters, securing top talent in Sales, Operations, Product and Tech, Finance, Communications, and HR.
        Can be involved in supervising the work of headhunters in our Italian and German subsidiaries.
      • Partner with Hiring Managers: Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers to pinpoint key skills, define candidate profiles, and structure the recruitment process with tools like scorecards and structured interviews.
      • Source Innovatively: Use diverse tools and creative methods to source candidates, ensuring a personalized approach to spark interest in our roles.
      • Strategize Recruitment: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to enhance efficiency and optimize the experiences of both hiring managers and candidates.
      • Provide Pipeline Visibility: Provide clear updates on the recruitment pipeline to Hiring Managers and Top Management, and propose solutions to any challenges.
      • Lead Projects: Manage recruitment, employer branding, campus initiatives, and other cross-functional HR projects.
      • Act as Cultural Ambassador: Represent and promote Otoqi’s culture internally and externally


    Your profile

    • Experienced Recruiter: You have 2-5 years of experience in sourcing and recruiting, with strong autonomy in using search tools.
    • Business Partner: You know how to build strong relationships with Hiring Managers, offering support, coaching, and feedback effectively.
    • Communication Skills: You have excellent communication and influential skills in both French and English (Italian/German is a plus).
    • Startup Savvy: You understand the dynamics of startup recruitment, including navigating uncertainty, taking ownership, and continually improving your skills in sourcing, recruitment marketing, and candidate experience.
    • Self-Starter: You excel in prioritizing tasks and thrive in fast-paced, results-driven environments.
