Your role's mission:
The Regional VP Sales is responsible for structuring, leading, and executing the commercial strategy. The role focuses on building a strong sales pipeline, driving predictable revenue growth, and optimizing the Sales team’s performance.
The RVP owns high-value deal execution, governance with C-level clients, and the recruitment of top sales talent, ensuring Pelico scales efficiently in the EMEA market.
Your Main Responsibilities
- Drive Scalable Revenue Growth: Develop and implement a strategic sales plan ensuring sustainable and scalable business expansion.
- Influence Key Stakeholders for Business Growth: Identify, engage, and strategically influence decision-makers across target organizations to accelerate deal velocity and expansion opportunities.
- Establish and Foster Executive-Level Relationships: Build and maintain strong C-Level engagement and governance with key enterprise clients to drive long-term partnerships and revenue opportunities.
- Maximize Sales Performance and Deal Conversion: Lead the sales team in optimizing deal conversion rates, accelerating sales cycles, and maximizing revenue growth.
- Optimize Sales Execution with Data-Driven Strategies: Leverage CRM discipline, sales analytics, and scalable sales processes to enhance sales productivity, forecasting accuracy, and overall execution efficiency.
- Leverage Aerospace & Industrial Expertise: Utilize deep industry knowledge and an extensive network within the aerospace and manufacturing ecosystems to drive market penetration and business growth.
