What you'll do & learn 📖

In a context of hypergrowth, the objective of the job is to remove bottlenecks by streamlining operations and internal alignment. Based on identified priorities through performance analysis, you will work with different teams to improve processes and internal collaboration. Examples of missions include (not exhaustive list):

Strategy

- Identification of company bottlenecks through continuous performance analysis

- Identification and updates of quarterly OKRs (Objective Key Results)

- Coordination of workshops with external senior advisors

- Creation and update of performance dashboards per teams

HR

- Streamlining of recruitment processes

- Leveraging existing tools to automate repetitive tasks

Marketing

- Conducting market research (macro and interviews) to identify new market opportunities

Customer Operations

- Tracking of customer operations activities per topic

- Building templates to streamline deployments

- Packaging of post-deployment services

Sales

- Coordination with Sales team on the selling of post-deployment services

You will report to the VP of Strategy & Internal Operations and work with teams across the company to gain a 360° view of the business.
