We are looking for a motivated Demand Generation Associate based in NYC to support campaign planning and execution across multiple channels, optimize and manage marketing operations, and drive revenue growth in North America. The ideal candidate is analytical — with experience using data to optimize lead-to-revenue processes and inform business decisions—as well as creative.
As part of the US Marketing team, you will report to the Head of Marketing, and collaborate closely with the Senior Growth Marketing Manager in the US (NYC) and our Global Marketing team based in Paris.

MISSIONS 💪
Campaign Planning & Execution
Develop and execute targeted media partnerships: Collaborate with our Senior Growth Marketer to design and implement sponsored webinars and other partnerships that align with our marketing goals.Support paid media campaigns: Provide local support for LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads, including campaign ideation, creative brief development, and ongoing optimization.Nurture leads with personalized email campaigns: Create targeted email nurture tracks and build workflows to drive engagement and accelerate lead-to-MQL conversions.MarketingOps
Optimize CRM processes: Work closely with global MarOps and SalesOps teams to streamline lead management workflows, improve data accuracy, and enhance lead scoring models.Ensure efficient lead handoffs: Manage lead assignment processes for dedicated campaigns, ensuring timely and accurate transfer of leads to the sales team.Business and Data Analysis
Provide data-driven insights: Develop and analyze reports and dashboards to measure campaign performance, identify trends, and inform strategic decision-making.Optimize audience segmentation: Utilize data analysis to refine audience segmentation and improve targeting effectiveness across campaigns.
