🚀 Join Our Team as a EMEA CHANNEL SALES MANAGER! 🚀

Powell is SaaS Company operating globally mainly through a wide ecosystem of partners.  

As a Channel Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding Powell’s ecosystem. 

🌟 Your Key Responsibilities:

Manage Powell SMB business for the EMEA region through our ecosystem of partners in the EMEA region (quota carrying sales rep role). Support partners along the full sales cycle. From Lead qualification to closing.  

  • Partner Enablement. Sales & technical expertise is expected from our partners. Orchestrate the 360° plan to increase Powell expertise across our network.  

  • Partner Marketing. Lead generation is at the core of partner impact. Support partner through lead generation & demand generation initiatives (events, webinars, newsletters…) 

  • Partner Development. Recruit new partners in our ecosystem when needed, and engage existing top partners with specific governance (Quarterly business reviews, Kick Off…) 

  • Lead & Orchestrate Powell channel strategy. Be the main point of contact internally to make our partner ecosystem shine again. Work closely with marketing, sales, customer success & product team to be the partner advocate within Powell organization. The role is also expected to refresh in 2025 our existing partner program.

    To excel in this role, you should demonstrate: 

    • Sales background & strong appetite to win new customers.  

    • Proficiency in training partners and developing strategies within their environments. 

    • Proven ability to navigate Small & Mid-Market organizations, building senior-level relationships. 

    • Passion for IT and Powell’s solutions, staying ahead of industry trends and technologies. 

    • Strong collaboration skills with technology and solution partners, fostering shared success. 

    • Self-motivation with strategic and tactical execution capabilities. 

    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, both written and verbal. 

    • Ability to travel 25% of your time to visit our partners across EMEA (France, BENELUX & Germany).

Profil recherché

🌍 We are looking for someone with:

  • 5+ years in sales, partner channel development, business development. 

  • Executive presence and the ability to influence business leaders through value propositions. 

  • Experience with technology platforms and developing new solutions. 

  • Proven capability in managing virtual, cross-functional teams across geographies. 

  • Inclusive, collaborative mindset to drive alignment and teamwork. 

  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills. 

  • A challenger mentality with excellent resource management and conflict resolution abilities. 

  • A bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Operations (preferred).
