As an Enterprise Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a pivotal role in driving our mission forward by identifying, engaging, and qualifying opportunities within large corporate accounts.
Within sustainability teams, a special focus will be made on people in charge of carbon credits purchase or carbon investment. You will connect with key stakeholders such as Chief Sustainability Officers, ESG Directors, and other carbon decision-makers to position Removall value proposition and solutions as essential to achieving their corporate sustainability objectives.
A particular focus will be made toward companies with compliance obligations and/or Net Zero commitments.
Prospect targeting:
Identify high-value corporate accounts with carbon compliance obligations, or Net Zero engagements and map their decision makers on these topics.
Leverage sales and inbound tools like Airscale, Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, to identify your personas and connect with the sustainability and ESG leaders of the companies targeted.
Outbound Outreach:
Craft personalized messaging and outreach strategies tailored to companies targeted and their sustainability strategies. Leverage HubSpot to build your templates and initiate your sequences.
Use multi-channel approaches (cold e-mail, cold calling, Linkedin outreach, Tradeshows, postmail) to generate meaningful conversations with key stakeholders and/or handle supplier registration identification forms.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and sustainability forums to build relationships and generate leads.
Develop expertise and spread the company’s vision during conferences and industry events.
Lead Qualification:
Conduct discovery calls to understand potential customers’ sustainability challenges and goals. Identify and qualify opportunities using established criteria.
Leverage Removall’s service offering to identify and adjust the value proposition to generate leads.
Collaboration:
Partner with Managers, Business Development and Marketing teams to optimize outreach efforts and ensure seamless handoffs.
Report and inform internal stakeholders on sales development activities performances.
Stay updated on sustainability trends from external and internal sources, ESG regulations, and corporate sustainability benchmarks. Share insights with internal teams to refine our value proposition and go-to-market strategy.

Education:
Experience required:
1 to 3 years of experience in business development
At least a one prior experience in the sustainable development sector is required
Knowledge of carbon offsetting mechanisms
Expected skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills both in French and English. Additional foreign language(s) is a plus.

Strong knowledge of the Office Suite (particularly PowerPoint and Excel)
