THE ROLE

We are looking for an enthusiastic Communications and Community Manager to deliver a world-class experience to the communities around Request.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create a high value community of educated and interesting people, around the ecosystem, the products and the REQ token
  • Be the bridge between the core team and the community
  • Improve and expand communication channels
  • Work with the business development team on partner integrations
  • Work on governance and rewards
  • Make videos explaining how to use the apps, the dapps, the API, the code and the REQ staking, among others
  • Educate the community about current and upcoming REQ staking mechanisms
  • Organize and participate in events and conferences
  • Work on the Ecosystem of builders by encouraging the community to build dapps, apps and dashboards
  • Get in touch with the community members, learn from their perspectives, build fun stuff together

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A proactive, entrepreneurial personality
  • A creative thinker paired with an analytical mind
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
  • Contributor to new content and business development initiatives
  • Understanding of analytics, data insights, and how to use metrics to optimize content
  • Communication skills paired with high empathy
  • Motivated and organized team member
  • Provide a one-pager sum-up of a 3 years community plan or 5+ years of experience in community management
  • English writing skills
  • Understanding of blockchain technology
