Descriptif du poste

A fast-growing FinTech start-up based in Paris, offering an innovative SaaS software to
monitor and visualize financial datas using complex AI solutions. They help financial institutions by providing a clear understanding of the datas to build trustful reporting and analysis. The start-up is looking to strengthen its sales team with an experienced SDR to generate high-value opportunities through intensive outbound prospecting targeting C-Level decision-makers in mid-sized companies.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting in international markets.

  • Book qualified meetings with high-level decision-makers (C-Level, CFOs, CEOs) and hand them over to Account Executives.

  • Customize outreach strategies based on prospect needs and market trends.

  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to refine prospecting strategies and optimize outbound campaigns.


Profil recherché

Profil recherché :

  • At least 1 year of experience as an SDR or Business Developer, preferably in a FinTech or SaaS environment.

  • Fluent English (C1 minimum), both written and spoken, to engage with international clients and native French speaking and writing skills.

  • Strong outbound prospecting and cold calling skills with a structured, results-driven approach.

  • Resilient, autonomous, and excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage C-Level executives.

This role is not for you if:

You do not have at least one year of experience as a SDR or Business Developper in sa start-up or scale-up.

You are not fluent in english, both in written and oral expression.

You are uncomfortable with cold calling and managing sales cycles involving C-Level decision-makers.
