A fast-growing FinTech, specializing in developing an innovative SaaS solution to optimize international transactions for small businesses. With an international client base and long, complex sales cycles, the company is looking for a Senior Sales Executive to build a pipeline from scratch and manage the entire sales cycle.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Build and develop a sales pipeline from scratch, through outbound reach and cold-calling.

  • Identify new opportunities in a strategic and growing market.

  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, using a consultative and tailored approach.

  • Engage with high-level decision-makers (CFOs, CEOs, Compliance Officers) and navigate complex decision-making processes.

  • Negotiate and close high-value deals, handling long sales cycles (several months).


Profil recherché

Profile & Requirements :

  • 4+ years of experience as a Sales, preferably in a FinTech or SaaS environment.

  • Fluent English (C1 minimum), comfortable with international negotiations and high-level discussions.

  • Proven track record in managing long and complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.

  • Strong ability to structure an outbound strategy, build a robust pipeline, and convert qualified leads.

  • Highly organized, rigorous, and autonomous, with excellent time management skills.

This role is not for you if:

You do not have 4 years of experiece in a similar role ‘Business Developer, Account Executive etc.

You do not have a business master’s degree.

You are not fluent enough in English to handle meetings, prospection and closing
