As we continue to evolve and to take our European expansion to the next level, we are hiring for a HR Resources Business Partner to join our successful growing EU team to cover our French and Benelux HR operations. The position is to be based in our Central Paris office.

Here are some of the EXCITING things you’ll get to do:

The HR French Business Partner will support our People and Culture goals for our European region. Working closely with regional HRBP Directors and Global HR BPs, this role will also collaborate with our global pillars: Global Talent Acquisition, Global Total Reward and Global Learning and Development to operationalize best practices within the region.

  • Collaborate with HRBP Director and senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals within a defined client group.
  • Provide HR guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning and talent management.
  • Liaise with HR BP Director’s, Global HR BP’s, the global and local HR Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Total Reward and Learning and Development)
  • Foster a positive work environment through effective employee engagement and communication strategies.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for HR Queries including employee relations issues, conducting investigations and resolving conflicts.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to managers and employees to improve performance and develop skills.
  • Coach leaders through the annual performance review process, lead calibration sessions across countries
  • Guide, coach and support managers through the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans
  • Conduct salary reviews and provide recommendations based on market data and internal equity
  • Ensure adherence to all employment laws and regulations in each European country
  • Maintain and update HR policies and improve internal procedures
  • Support the recruitment process by working closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions
  • Oversee and deliver the onboarding and orientation process to ensure new hires are integrated successfully.
  • Identify needs and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Support leadership development initiatives and career development programs
  • Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and provide insights to business leaders.

Here's some of the things you'll bring:

  • Fluent French and English
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as HR Generalist including advising and supporting managers through ER issues
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, agile environment, reaching to evolving situations at pace, re-evaluating plans or decisions as they develop
  • Experience in working in a pan-European function, supporting functions both within France and Europe
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and confidentiality.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
