Combo’s Tech & Product team is about 50+ people and growing. We’re looking for an Full-stack Software Engineer to join our squad in the Payroll perimeter. You will join and be a part of the next decisive chapter of Combo towards building the best HR solution for SMBs and frontline workers.
We’ve got many challenges ahead of us: building a solid payroll solution using decoupled and distributed systems on functional domains, mentoring, coaching the team, and contributing to Combo’s Engineering culture.
We’re looking for passionate individuals with ambition who can take our squads to the next level in terms of processes, skillset, impact, and excellence.
Our stack today is made of NodeJS, TypeScript, React, Postgres, Redis, GCP, Kubernetes, GitHub, GitHub Actions, etc.
Build a HR SaaS very useful/meaningful for users with a true socially useful
Implements new features related to payroll calculation, tax deduction and social declarations
Build a performant and reliable payroll engine
Work with hairy business rules and passionating user needs
Contribute to our Engineering culture and promote it
Work with passionate teams of Engineers, Product Managers, Quality Engineers, customer support, and other colleagues in a friendly and international environment
Strong Fullstack background on Node JS / ReactJS
Experience with Tech design/architecture
Solid software engineering and computer science skills
Comfortable with SQL
At least 5-7 years Software Development experience
B2B or SaaS preferred
Experience with remote teams
Step 1: HR screening with Thomas (30’)
Step 2: Management Fit Interview with Arnaud and one of our Engineering Managers (60-90’)
Step 3: Technical Interview with 2 of our Software Engineers
Step 4: Culture Fit (lunch w/ squad…) and meet Raphaël (CTO)
