Responsibilities :
1. Meet business - Collect new enhancement requirements and prioritize them. Also, it is important to sell new Salesforce release features that can produce business value. It is also important to be able to negotiate with business and create a win-win proposition for IT and Business, push back to negotiate better delivery timelines, explain why something cannot be possible etc.
2. Should prepare detailed roadmap and plan for implementing new features.
3. Track progress across multiple teams and streams.
4. Should be able to share strong feedback in case of non -performance. Plan alternate solutions etc.
5. Managing dependency is a key responsibility as a feature can span across multiple agile teams and technologies.
6. Obviously good communication is a must as evident from above points.
