Alongside colleagues with diverse expertise (data analysis, engineering, graphic design), you will sketch and supervize the entire process of scouting then turning raw data into valuable information. The objectives may include, for example, opening databases, creating decision making tools, and building digital solutions for the public around maps and statistics.

Project management includes

• being in charge of day to day relationship with key-account clients

• analyse their operational challenges, translate them into functional requirements

• contribute to design solutions related to producing or using territorial data

• ensure coordination of the teams involved, conceive tools to monitor progress

• plan and lead stakeholder interviews, project reviews and workshops.

Your perimeter would be public sector, primarily relating to projects outside France. The position will however be based in Paris, therefore working proficiency in French (in addition to English) as well as a working visa are required.

Some previous experience with open data / territorial data / national statistics

Bonus know-hows :

Data preparation and visualisation (Python, QGis), web development (JS/HTML/CSS)

Proficiency with Adobe suite
