Context Overview 🔎

At Vialink, now part of the Signaturit Group, our mission is to simplify and secure our clients’ digital journeys. We automate and secure critical client interactions such as onboarding, customer verification, and contract signing. As part of a scale-up in the RegTech space, we develop SaaS solutions specialized in digital identity security, electronic signatures, and fraud prevention. Our Vialink 360 platform enables businesses to enhance their client experience with solutions in:

- Electronic Signature: digitization and automation of signing processes

- KYC & ID Verification: online identity and document verification with AI and machine learning

What you will do at Signaturit 🚀

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing the entire Sales Play related to client onboarding and KYC. This will involve staying on top of market trends (analysts, competitors, technology) and listening closely to the needs expressed by our customers. Your goal will be to build and share a Go-To-Market strategy with the right priorities, repeatable and applicable across different vertical markets.

Ultimately, you will significantly contribute to revenue generation, whether from new logos or existing clients, and your areas of responsibilities will be the following ones;

  • Market Analysis: Through various channels including technology watch via analysts (primarily Gartner and Forrester, as well as smaller analysts) and regular competitive analysis.
  • Solution Positioning: Define the value proposition, identify relevant use cases, and develop Unique Selling Points.
  • Product/Feature Launch: Define target markets, build enablement content, and handle internal communications.
  • Sales Cycle Improvement: Build sales arguments from customer and prospect interviews (win-loss analysis) and create sales tools such as ROI/TCO calculators.
  • Demand Generation: Actively contribute to developing demand generation campaigns by targeting personas, defining key messages, and creating external content in collaboration with the Content Marketing team.
  • Product & Solution Documentation: Write product and solution documentation for the market.
  • Voice of Customers: Manage NPS programs and client testimonials.


What we believe should contribute to your success in this context 🎯

  • 5-8 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in client onboarding, KYC, or LegalTech.
  • Previous experience as a product manager is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and product lifecycle management.
  • Excellent storytelling abilities.
  • Strong writing skills in both French and English (Spanish is a plus).
  • Fluency in English is required to thrive in an international environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both internally and externally.
  • Excellent project management and priority-setting abilities.
  • A problem-solving mindset with a strong results orientation.
