Position
Working closely with a Practice Manager or Engagement Manager, your objective is to contribute to brand development by leveraging your technical and possibly functional expertise in Salesforce solutions to successfully deliver high-value projects for our clients. You will apply your programming knowledge on the Salesforce platform, design custom solutions, and integrate Salesforce with clients' internal systems.
Key Responsibilities
Participate in pre-sales activities and the implementation of projects addressing our clients' digital transformation challenges.
Lead the entire solution implementation process:
Engage in scoping workshops.
Facilitate workshops to gather user requirements.
Draft technical specifications.
Design, code, test, and deploy Salesforce functionalities and/or applications based on client needs.
Test the proposed solution and ensure the quality of deliverables.
Provide post-launch support (change management, training, application maintenance).
Ensure Salesforce platform is utilized to its maximum potential while adhering to best practices.
Contribute to setting up platform performance and responsiveness tests to ensure optimal user experience and efficiency.
Streamline data flows between Salesforce and all other client IT tools.
Develop technical architecture and design the solution.
Prepare associated development documentation.
Be proactive, propose ideas, and present and defend recommendations.
Profile
You hold a Master's degree (BAC+5) and have at least 2 years of successful and significant experience in implementing Salesforce solutions. You understand the platform's limitations and ideally hold at least one Salesforce technical certification. Your strong customer service orientation, initiative, ability to work in a team, and comprehensive project management vision will be assets for success in this role. You excel in communication, active listening, and challenging teams, and you are proficient in both written and spoken English and French. Confident with clients, you can articulate your viewpoints and challenge stakeholders to guide them towards optimal solutions.
