We are looking for an HR Consultant to support our clients in optimizing their HR processes through the implementation of the Deel solution. As an expert in both HR challenges and technology, you will play a key role in our clients digital transformation, ensuring a smooth and effective integration of our solution. If you're eager to tackle strategic and operational challenges while contributing to the success of businesses, this role is for you!

Missions:
● Needs Analysis: Assess HR processes, identify client requirements, and draft
functional specifications.
● Software Configuration: Customize and configure HR modules (payroll,
recruitment, talent management) to meet client needs.
● Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and oversee projects while ensuring
timelines, budgets, and objectives are met.
● Testing and Validation: Conduct functional and technical testing to ensure the
quality and reliability of solutions.
● User Training: Develop training materials and deliver sessions for end-users and administrators.
● Change Management: Design and implement strategies to facilitate the adoption of new HR tools.
● Post-Deployment Support: Provide technical and functional assistance after
solution deployment.
● Continuous Improvement: Suggest enhancements and optimize tools based on client feedback.
● Client Relationship Management: Build trust, provide advice on HR best practices, and identify new business opportunities.
● Documentation: Prepare detailed reports, user guides, and project documentation to ensure long-term solution sustainability.

Required Skills
- Do you have more than five years of experience ?
- Have you worked with Workday, SAP or Lucca
- Do you have a good understanding of technical solutions, data mapping, and
automation requirements?

Recruitment Process:
1. A first contact of about forty-five minutes will be scheduled with Hugo once your application is approved.
2. Next, you will have an HR interview lasting one hour to discuss your experiences, motivation, and our company with your future manager Christelle ou Victor
3. A final in-person interview with Maxime or Stephane
