Wiremind Cargo, the cargo division of Wiremind, is growing its Business Development team and looking for candidates looking to serve the largest players in the air cargo industry. You will be part of a growing organization at the forefront of revenue management SaaS software and data science applications in air cargo, tasked with managing and growing our customer base.
Your responsibilities will include
Own/deliver revenue generating initiatives and customer implementations from start to finish, spanning requirements gathering, solution/proposal design, product-gap analysis, project governance and documentation, user training etc.
Participation in commercial deals such as managing proof-of-concepts/trials with customers, tender/RFP submission as well as presenting our proposals to customers.
Manage existing customer relationships to ensure they receive an excellent experience, are informed of our products and remain engaged with Wiremind Cargo. This includes leading or contributing to customer implementation projects.
Drive upper funnel efforts through lead generation, marketing and industry/product partnerships to ensure the air cargo industry knows about Wiremind Cargo, its products and services
Contribute to process and organizational development and maintain good documentation through the use of our CRM
4 to 8 years of work experience with at least 2 years in a customer facing role such as in sales or account management.
Experience in Air Cargo or Revenue Management/Pricing function is a strong advantage. Alternatively, consulting or experience in a technology driven environment.
Excellent analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to tackle complex problems by devising plans and working internally to find solutions.
Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Business level proficiency in English is required and additional languages spoken such as Mandarin is a plus.
You take initiative, have strong analytical skills to tackle customer problems and deliver results through new commercial opportunities from initiation to completion.
Travel will be needed 25% of the time.
Location: Paris preferred or remote work arrangements in Europe are possible where candidates have the right to work in the location
