As part of our rapid growth, Work With Island is looking for a Customer Care Officer to join our Operations team.
Reporting to Camille, our Logistics and Customer Relations Manager, your role will be to provide exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed effectively and professionally.
This position is crucial in driving customer satisfaction and loyalty, contributing to the company’s reputation and sales growth.
As a true multitasker, you will work daily with the Sales and Operations teams on the following missions:
Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via phone or email, resolving issues quickly and efficiently.
Product Expertise: Become a true product expert and continuously update your knowledge.
Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve customer service issues.
Partner Training: Support service providers with product knowledge and ensure that all services meet Work With Island’s standards.
Order Processing: Enter service orders into the ERP system, track deliveries, and communicate intervention requests to our final partners concisely and professionally.
Ticket Management: Diligently enter and track tickets in our ERP system with precision and accuracy.
Customer Feedback: Contact all detractors within 24 hours, provide feedback to the account manager, and propose solutions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, quality, logistics, and production teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
Additional Responsibilities:
Assist the Customer Service team during peak periods
Order Entry: Enter orders into the ERP system.
Order Validation: Validate delivered files in the ERP system.

Experience: You have at least 4 years of experience in customer care or customer relations.
Passion for Customer Service:
You have a strong interest in customer relations and an excellent ability to listen and understand customer needs.
Customer Insight:
You possess the ability to manage and comprehend customer needs and challenges.
Physical Product Experience:
You have experience in customer care or after-sales service (SAV) for physical products.
Language Skills:
You are fluent in both written and spoken English & French. If you also speak Spanish, that’s a plus.
Digital Proficiency:
You are proficient with digital tools, including Google Suite, Notion, and CRM systems like HubSpot. Experience with NetSuite (ERP) is a bonus.
