As Employee Experience Manager, you make all our workplaces awesome and ensure 360Learners have the best possible working environment. You make everything run smoothly, even for full-remoters which make up 50% of our staff. You also craft fun and surprising team experiences to bond and engage all 360Learners no matter where they are. You will be based in Paris - partial remote work only since office presence is required 3 days a week - and will work closely with the Head of HR. You might very exceptionally be required to travel internationally.

Within 1 month you will

  • meet the team
  • learn how to work in Convexity
  • define your roadmap and OKRs
  • set up your interfaces with all 360Learners
  • discover the Manoir, our incredible office in the 16th arrondissement of Paris
  • Within 3 months you will

  • become familiar with all our vendors’ services, terms and renewals
  • ensure resupply of essentials, cleanliness, safety in our workplaces
  • guarantee a great experience to new joiners and leavers alike
  • benchmark and audit our employee experience to design an action plan
  • craft your first global team experiences
  • Within 6 months you will

  • coach teams on creating remote engagement
  • renegotiate and/or cancel ineffective vendors
  • begin roll out your action plan for a stand out employee experience
  • Within 12 months you will

  • achieve maximum connectedness across borders for 360Learners
  • fully embed zero carbon, zero waste, and zero water into our ways of working
  • tackle the most complex and impactful vendor negotiations (landlords…)
  • The Skills Set

  • 3+ years in office management or employee experience
  • of which some experience in a scale-up business or full scope new office opening
  • self starter, ready to care for our workplace like your own home
  • proven ability to prioritize and organize
  • project management routines to engage beyond yourself
  • service oriented
  • good eye for design
  • fluent English, ready to evangelize
  • mastery of French, to negotiate and handle vendors
  • enthusiasm about the idea of working in our Culture of Convexity
