You’ll create an account plan for the clients in your portfolio.
You’ll work on strategies for your targeted clients.
You’ll manage the onboarding: When a new customer signs a contract, you’ll help to set it up and make sure everything goes smoothly.
You’ll be responsible for answering any business or legal questions your clients have.
You’ll look for chances to sell more products or services to your clients (cross-sell, up-sell).
You’ll develop good relationships with the stakeholders to make sure they stay loyal to your company.
You’ll try to anticipate your clients’ needs and work with the support team to offer them the right solutions.
You’ll be involved in the department’s activities: suggest processes improvements or increasing knowledge about the industry.
You’ll keep track of all client information in our CRM tool (Zoho).
You’ll make sure clients follow through with their contracts, including financial and legal agreements, and try to renew them when they’re about to end.
You’ll manage client risks and crises, take action to fix them if they come up.
You’ll create success stories to share them with your team.
Advanced French and English language skills (minimum C1 proficiency level).
Approximately 2 years of experience in a similar role, selling B2B SaaS solutions or working in Customer Success, with a strong desire to transition into sales.
Willingness to work in a hybrid model (3 days in the office / 2 days remotely) in one of our offices in Lille or Paris.
Willingness for business travels, e.g. for Business Expo, meetings with clients.
Excellent communication skills, a client-focused mindset, strong sales and account management skills, effective organizational and analytical capabilities, and the ability to collaborate within a team.
