Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Head of Growth to join us. We are looking for someone with previous experience in the financial services industry and with knowledge of the AML, KYC or Risk Management space. You will lead efforts in designing, executing, and optimising demand generation campaigns, while also managing marketing operations. Your main objective will be to drive qualified leads and improve the efficiency of our marketing initiatives. Working closely with the sales team, you’ll ensure seamless collaboration between marketing and sales to meet our revenue targets.

The position is based in Paris and reports directly to the CEO. The ideal candidate is based in Paris, with 2 to 3 days of remote work possible per week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full growth strategy, developing a scalable lead generation framework, designing and executing innovative multi-channel campaigns (email marketing, paid media, content marketing, webinars, etc.) to drive qualified leads, maximise ROI and build a high-velocity sales pipeline. Leverage external agencies / vendors if needed, and coordinate with internal teams.

  • Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to align growth strategies with business goals. Ensure effective lead nurturing and prioritise pipeline development to accelerate growth.

  • Own and optimise our growth and marketing tools stack, including CRM systems and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Lemlist, Sales Navigator, Clay).

  • Monitor, report and optimise the performance of growth funnels and their impact on sales. Drive decision-making, prioritise growth initiatives and provide actionable insights to improve performance and ensure an efficient lead-to-customer conversion process.

  • Own processes and build playbooks to drive growth efficiency.

  • Actively explore new growth, demand generation and marketing trends and best practices, bringing fresh, creative approaches to the team.

Profil recherché

  • You have at least 6 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in fintech or within a fast growing tech company selling in Financial Services

  • You have experience in hiring and managing teams, preferably in an international context

  • You have a proven track-record of partnering with Sales to create revenue-generation strategies

  • You are highly creative and never run out of new ideas to test. You like to make bold bets that can have a meaningful impact on the business

  • You have strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Being technical is a strong plus

  • You are an expert copy-writer and storyteller. You know how to tell stories in an impactful way 

  • You have hands-on experience deploying new tools or implementing a Growth stack. You know your way around Hubspot and other marketing automation platforms (e.g. Lemlist, Clay)

  • Having experience in SalesOps / RevOps is a strong plus

  • You are fluent in both French and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills


Déroulement des entretiens

  • 30 min intro call with Yann, our GTM leader. You will get the opportunity to tell your story, learn about the Dotfile story and ask any question you want

  • 1 follow up interview with Louise, our Chief of Staff, focused on the role, your past experiences and motivation

  • 1 interview with Vasco, the CEO

  • 1 hour case study debrief interview with several team members of the Dotfile team

  • Reference checks with past managers or colleagues
