About the role 

As Greenly continues to scale, the role of ensuring success in our sales team is crucial. Enhancing sales performance is a big part of our strategy through efforts from our Knowledge and Sales Operations teams. 

We are currently looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to join us with the goal of creating synergy and centralising these efforts to maximize business results. 

The main responsibilities 
  • Actively participating in the development of our sales strategy in alignment with our goals. 
  • Leveraging technology to streamline sales processes, increase productivity, and improve decision-making
  • Sales data analysis. Experience identifying trends and adjusting strategies accordingly. 
  • Leading training and coaching for our sales team
  • Align and optimise collaboration with Marketing team 

The requirements for success 
  • You come from a top-tier business or engineering school
  • 2-5 years of experience in a Sales Enablement position 
  • Cross-team collaboration skills (including excellent communication)
  • Fluency in both English and French
