Your role
As a Teamlead Account Executive, you’ll play a decisive role in the growth of Hublo’s business and teams.
Reporting to Maxime (Sales Director) and managing 5 Account Executive , you will be responsible for delivering consistent and revenue growth achieving the Team objective of new ARR on new clients.
Manage and animate a team of 5 to 7 sales,
Monitor performance of the team and report to the Sales Director,
Recruit and onboard new AE,
Support the team during the sales process to maximize and accelerate sales, participate to customer meetings & negotiations and direct closing.
Be responsible for a seamless working relationship with CS & Admin teams,
Bring significant contribution to Hublo product evolution by providing qualitative insights from customer feedback,
Use rigorously and enrich our internal tools, especially our CRM processes (Hubspot), and documentation, starting to be exemplary for the team
And, finally, work with Laura, our SDR Team Lead, and her teams to optimize our growth

At least 5 years experience in a sales position within a SaaS or marketplace company,
Extensive experience in hunting and developing major accounts, with a concrete example of deployment within a Tier 1 group,
First experience in team management and coaching,
Proficiency in the medical sector and/or public sector stakeholders.
