What is the focus of the role?
Market Expansion and Strategic Partnerships: Develop and execute strategic plans to position JUST as a top choice for checkout solutions among UK mid-market e-commerce brands, building strong relationships with key stakeholders and expanding our client base.
Revenue and Business Development: Drive new business acquisition to achieve revenue targets, with a focus on onboarding high-potential clients, achieving adoption rates, and creating upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team: Build, mentor, and lead a team of Account Executives, fostering a high-performance culture that aligns with JUST’s growth objectives and supports team members’ personal development.
Brand Positioning in the UK: Increase JUST’s brand visibility by participating in industry events, creating strategic alliances, and engaging with market influencers to establish authority and trust.
Sales Pipeline Management: Oversee and forecast the sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of prospects and efficient lead progression through the sales funnel.

What we’re looking for?
Education: Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Experience: 5+ years in a startup or scale-up environment within e-commerce tools, payment service providers (PSPs), or fintech, with a focus on mid-market sales. Previous experience in a Country Manager or similar leadership role is a plus.
Sales Team Leadership: Proven experience building and managing a team of Account Executives, with a track record of achieving growth targets.
Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the UK e-commerce and fintech landscape, with insights into market trends, competitors, and key industry players.
Sales Expertise: Experience in outbound prospecting, pipeline management, and closing complex deals with mid-market clients. Familiarity with the MEDDIC framework for deal qualification is a bonus.
Technology Proficiency: Skilled in CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot and analytics platforms. Knowledge of checkout solutions and conversion optimization strategies is ideal.
