We are looking for an Outbound Marketer to join our Growth team, strengthen our outbound strategy, and contribute to high-impact lead generation for our Sales teams targeting SMBs (10-100 employees) in France, Spain and UK.

Key Responsibilities

This strategic and hands-on role will work under the Growth Acquisition Department and will work closely with our Outbound Sales teams to optimize targeting TAM potential, build intent-based campaigns, and grow a pipeline of high-quality, sales-ready leads. This role will supervise interns to support account prioritization for Sales.

1. Lead Generation Strategy & Target Segment Execution

  • Identify TAM (Total Addressable Market) opportunities to craft targeted outreach that attract a steady flow of qualified leads, aligning with business goals.

  • Define and execute targeting segmentation strategies for the 10-100 employee segment, using CRM data, intent signals (e.g.,scoring, content downloads, webinars, website visits) and market insights to engage high-potential leads.

  • Analyze outbound marketing strategies (e.g.,scoring, content downloads, webinars, website visits) and provide regular reports on key metrics and ROI.

  • Collaborate with content & design to create compelling content for content downloads campaigns globally.

2. Sales Collaboration & Enablement

  • Collaborate with Sales teams on a weekly basis to ensure alignment on prioritized accounts, follow up on key prospects, and track outreach and conversion sales funnel & signals.

  • Oversee and establish protocols for content approval workflows, including bypass criteria (e.g. VSB content downloads are properly going into nurturing in France).

  • Lead and energize Sales teams around integrated campaigns and GTM playbook, offering proactive updates on campaign goals, outreach tactics, and KPIs.

  • Enhance sales enablement processes by equipping Sales with the most impactful outreach cadences strategies, messaging, and tools to amplify their effectiveness.

3. Tools & Automation

  • Set up and optimize outbound tools (e.g. outreach, sales nav) in close partnership with Sales Ops, integrating AI-based scoring to help Sales prioritize leads effectively.

  • Collaborate with Data and Paid Acquisition teams to enrich our database and ensure a consistent, high-quality lead pipeline, leveraging insights to improve targeting accuracy.

  • Test and implement new outreach tools and technologies, staying on top of industry innovations to support efficient and scalable lead generation.

4. Innovation and Process Improvement

  • Drive a creative approach to outbound tactics, identifying opportunities to expand our outreach arsenal and push the boundaries of outbound marketing.

  • Continuously optimize and refine processes by incorporating data-driven insights, A/B testing, and feedback loops for continuous improvement in lead quality and conversion rates.

Analyze competitors and other B2B SaaS companies outbound marketing strategy to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and incorporate insights into our strategies


What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 3-5+ years of experience in outbound marketing in the B2B space, with a focus on outbound lead generation and collaboration with Sales teams.

  • Proficiency in documenting, tracking, prioritizing, and following up on many simultaneous tasks with the ability to hit and exceed deadlines.

  • Proficiency in CRM, intent-based marketing, and campaign management; experience with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar is a plus.

  • Strong understanding of the target segment within SMBs.

  • Analytical and data-driven mindset, comfortable working with intent data, lead scoring, and performance tracking with tools such as Looker Studio, Google Sheets and Pigment.

  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with a proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration.

  • Fluent in French & in English
