Julien, CPO , ex Boston Consulting Group Lead Data Scientist (6 years),
Simon, CTO, ex CTO and co founder (10 years).
As the first Growth Manager, you will join the Sales & GTM team led by Evan, the CEO of Roundtable. You will closely collaborate with Alexis and Antoine, senior sales representatives, Felix, our German lead, and Julien, co-founder and CPO of Roundtable. As a very lean and horizontal structure, you will have daily interactions with the whole team.
In this cross-functional function, you will have a pivotal role within the GTM team to help us pursue active growth in the existing and future markets and establish Roundtable as a leader in Europe.
Key Responsabilities:
Own the growth marketing tech stack and build the growth engine. Current stack: Hubspot, Zapier, Make, June, La Growth Machine, Intercom.
Build the team’s sales pipeline and implement tools and strategies to grow it: build lists of founders, business angels, and VC funds, scrap and enrich data, work on copywriting, and launch automated multichannel campaigns.
Implement activation and reactivation campaigns in our CRM to convert onboarded but not activated Founders and Community Leads and accelerate revenue growth.
Launch new acquisition channels through outbound and inbound initiatives to grow awareness around Roundtable. Actively participate in the development and distribution of our content strategy.
Leverage data-driven insights and A/B testing to optimize campaign performance and continuously refine growth tactics. Closely work with our Product team to utilize platform data to generate new leads and drive conversion.
Clean, maintain, and optimize our CRM data and automation to enhance sales processes and drive growth. Build reporting to measure and analyze the performance of our GTM initiatives.
About you
You have 2+ years of growth marketing experience at an early or growth stage B2B startup (seed - Series B).
You graduated from a business school or engineering school (or equivalent).
You are passionate about growth marketing and sales operations and eager to implement growth initiatives in a fast-growing startup. We are a seed-stage company, so you can help grow your role as you see fit.
You have proficiency in the B2B growth stack: You know what tools to use for marketing automation, analytics, and reporting and how to use them. You have a strong knowledge of Hubspot.
You have a genuine interest in angel investing and the world of venture capital.
You are fluent in English.
You have strong attention to detail, and you demonstrate rigor and ownership.
