Descriptif du poste

Thanks to your keen sense of customer relations, you’ll support users of our SaaS platform (e-commerce sites, media, advertisers, agencies…) to achieve their goals in content production and SEO results.

Your clients’ satisfaction depends on your listening skills, understanding of their needs, and adapting your coaching to their situation.

Challenges & Responsibilities

  • Integrating new clients: present the platform and its features

  • Conduct thematic Content & SEO workshops according to their needs

  • Facilitate continuous training: enhance product tours, help center, push chat, newsletters, etc.

  • Provide support: respond to clients promptly on a daily basis

  • Identify client needs and present the added value of new services

  • Monitor KPIs of your portfolio and take action: identify decreases in activity to prioritize reactivation or upsell opportunities

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously: organize your schedule and allocate necessary time to different accounts

  • Contribute to improving the product roadmap based on client feedback

  • Conduct active SEO monitoring in the Content field


Profil recherché

  • You have an excellent sense of customer service, you enjoy finding solutions, improving processes, and achieving results.

  • You have at least 2 years of experience in a SaaS CSM team or a digital agency in strategic consulting and support roles.

  • You can communicate effectively, simplify complex concepts, and adapt to different audiences.

  • You are curious, autonomous, and have a spirit of initiative.

  • You know how to organize and prioritize your work to achieve quality results.

Skills

Must have

  • Expertise in Content Marketing & SEO

  • Monitoring, training, coaching, and client team management

  • Good writing skills

  • Customer relationship sense: ability to simplify, understand client needs and objectives, reformulate them, and provide an appropriate response

  • English proficiency, minimum C1 level

Nice to have

  • Bilingual in another language: Spanish, German, Italian, Dutch…

  • Good mastery of tools: Semrush, Ahrefs, Search Console, Google Analytics

  • Excellent communicator

  • Autonomy and proactivity

  • Rigor and quality control sense

  • Pedagogy and SEO knowledge transmission

Additional Information

  • Location: Lyon 9th (Metro D - Gare de Vaise, 100m from the best Pizzeria in Lyon!).

  • Attractive compensation package consisting of a fixed salary and uncapped variable

  • Salary range between 37k and 45k annual gross fixed + variable (about 7k)
