In short, Skello is a workforce management solution for shift based workplaces that enables teams to tackle the hassle of complex scheduling. For managers, Skello optimizes work organization by helping them to make the best decisions in managing their staff costs. Skello’s ambition is to be the number one solution for shifted work teams in Europe. To achieve this, Skello raised a €40M Series B round of financing from expert funds in the field (Partech, Aglaé Ventures & XAnge) in order to bring ever more value to our clients through new features and to open up new markets, beyond our historic industries such as hospitality, retail and health.

Context

As a Head of Product, member of our 15-person Product Team, you will have a unique opportunity to directly impact our clients' daily operations, from day one. As a rapidly growing company, we're looking for passionate individuals who are eager to shape the future of workforce management for shifted teams and make a tangible impact on our clients.

We are specifically looking for a talented and experienced Head of Product to join our team. The ideal candidate will have :

in-depth knowledge of product management

a very strong business acumen (loves talking to Sales and CS teams)

a deep understanding and love for customers

a proven success in managing B2B products at scale,

a strong track record in team management (team of 8+ people)

Your missions

As a Head of Product at Skello, you will lead the development and execution of our product strategy, driving innovation and delivering exceptional solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including tech, product marketing, design, customer success and sales, to bring new features and products to market, while ensuring we achieve our business goals.

Team Management

Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers and Lead Product

Ensure their growth and alignment with the company's goals

Help them reach the maximum impact for the company

Drive alignment

Identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation across our product lines

Ensure the product vision is embraced and enacted by all stakeholders

Stakeholder collaboration

Work closely with internal stakeholders and customers to deeply understand their needs and painpoints

Align the product strategy with the business objectives of the company

Clearly communicate product plans, benefits, and results to all stakeholders, including leadership, the product team, and other impacted teams

Work with the CTO and Engineering Director on the continuous improvement of the delivery process to ensure maximum velocity and quality

Data-driven decision making

Define and analyze key performance indicators of your team

Evaluate the success of your initiatives and features

Make informed decisions based on data

Qualifications

You have at least one strong experience as Head of Product in a scale-up, or product-oriented company, preferably in B2B SaaS

You are customer-centric and analytical

You have a strong sens of business

You are fluent in French and English, and if you also speak Spanish, it's a plus!

You go beyond assigned tasks, showing initiative

You are organized and detail-oriented

You are empathetic, always seeking to understand the real needs of the customer

Process

A 25 min phone call with one of our Talent Acquisition Managers, to better understand your career plan and answer any questions you may have

A 45 min video call interview a Product Expert, to be aligned on expectations on both sides and to talk about how you would work together

A case study with, to evaluate your skills and give you a taste of what working at Skello could be like

A 30 min onsite interview with our CEO
