To support this transformation, our client is seeking an experienced and innovative Digital Transformation Project Manager to lead the charge in upskilling and acculturating all employees in digital and omnichannel practices.

This role demands a candidate with a solid foundation in digital marketing, an understanding of luxury industries, leadership skills, and proven project management skills.

Key Responsibilities

As conductor of the digital academy, the ideal candidate will be responsible for orchestrating bespoke learning programs, managing key projects, facilitating engaging conferences, and handling internal communication to foster employee participation and engagement.

LEARNING PROGRAM DESIGN & EXECUTION

  • Propose initial concepts for each conference topic, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, and collaborate with C-level executives to refine agendas.

  • Identify relevant internal and external experts and coordinate with selected speakers to deliver high-impact conferences.

  • Manage the end-to-end orchestration of monthly conferences that drive innovation; occasionally conduct keynotes for exclusive groups.

  • Handle logistics for smooth & interactive conferences, accessible worldwide.

  • Direct ad hoc presentation with precision, overseeing timelines, deliverables, and quality control.

  • Contribute to content creation alongside managing all logistical aspects of conferences.

  • Contribute to global L&D vision and roadmap by bringing up relevant inputs to the strategy.

COMMUNICATION & ENGAGEMENT

  • Collaborate with C-level sponsors and stakeholders to align project goals with the strategic vision of the company.

  • Develop comprehensive communication materials including global emails, screen messages, flyers, intranet articles, etc., to maximize employee engagement.

  • Implement strategies to boost employee participation to international conferences: lead and animate the community of local relays of the digital academy.

PROJECT OPTIMIZATION

  • Monitor participation metrics, content utilization post-conferences, and speaker appreciation to gauge program effectiveness.

This role includes the management of an intern.


Profil recherché

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.

  • 3+ years of experience.

  • Organizational skills with proven experience in project management.

  • Proficiency across digital marketing dimensions (media, e-commerce, social media) including omnichannel strategies.

  • Strong leadership skills with an ability to navigate both strategic planning and hands-on operational tasks.

  • Excellent communication skills with an aptitude for public speaking and presentation.

  • Experience working directly with senior-level management and effectively influencing C-suite executives.

  • Excellent English and French language proficiency.

  • Familiarity with luxury retail, beauty industry or similar industries preferred.
