The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in mid-market SaaS sales and a passion for driving new business growth in this segment.

MISSIONS 💪
Customer acquisition and prospecting
Source new clients: conduct research to identify potential customers through various channels such as company websites, Google, and social media platforms like LinkedIn.
Lead generation: Utilize standard outreach market tools and cold emailing to compile lead generation lists and reach out to prospects.
Develop sales strategies: Create and implement strategies to target new customers and increase sales.
Sales and closing deals
Close Deals: Schedule meetings with potential customers, demonstrate products, and convince them that the offered solutions meet their business needs up to the point of signature, in complete autonomy.
Identify Opportunities: Analyze prospects’ needs and pain points to tailor solutions and effectively position the Zei’s offerings.
Performance analysis and optimization
Monitor and analyze performance: Track key metrics, evaluate the financial aspects of business development, and optimize sales strategies for better results.
Market research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify emerging opportunities or areas for growth.
Internal collaboration and communication
Internal meetings: Regularly meet with internal stakeholders to discuss the status of customer accounts, follow up on orders, and address any issues.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, CS, product, and technical teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives and resolve any product-related issues.

REQUIREMENTS 🎯
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS or cloud software sales, with a track record of successfully managing and closing Mid-Market deals. An interest in CSR issues is a real asset.
Skills: Strong command of value-based selling, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in using CRM systems like Hubspot.
Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited education body.
Attributes: A strong team player who understands the need for collaboration in a startup environment, with a willingness to help build the playbook, not just execute it.
Travel: Ability to travel as needed and participate in events: trade shows, networking clubs…
