We need exceptionally talented, bright, and driven people. Under the responsibility of Western Europe Sales Lead (ex-Amazon, ex-Qashflo), we are looking for someone who can think big, develop a comprehensive strategy, and is also willing to roll up their sleeves, hunt for prospects, and nurture newly established relationships.
As a Partnership Manager, your role will be to map our ecosystem to define and execute the best strategy to convince partners to: i) Integrate our solution into their technology, ii) Distribute our solution, or iii) Recommend our solution. Once signed, the partnership manager goal will be to nurture those relationships in order to generate new business for Aria.
Focusing on key targets, including PSPs, ERPs/Integrators, SaaS providers (Procurement, Expense Management), Banks, and financial services influencers (VCs, PEs, Accounting firms),we need you to build the lead pipe, then drive the negotiations and sign new partnerships.
Creating long-lasting relationships with strategic partners starting in France but across Europe is fundamental to our expansion. You will need to find the right methodology to make the partner become an advocate of our solution and drive adoption among its customers. You will need to find scalable ways to work with the partner (incentivize its sales team, developing webinars, help pages, advertising campaigns…), and work hands in hands with our sales team to maximize the customer experience.
Your performance will be measured based on:
The number of partnerships signed.
The number of clients acquired through these partnerships.
Revenue generated via these collaborations.
