The Product team is growing !

What will you be doing? 

Help us accelerate our production and improve our organisation and processes.

How will you do this?

• Designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our web applications for candidates, employees, recruiters and HRs.
• Collaborating with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver user-centered design solutions.
• Leading the visual and interaction design of new features and enhancements, ensuring a cohesive user experience across all platforms.
• Conducting user research and usability testing to gather feedback and inform design decisions.
• Creating and maintaining design systems and style guides.

Your future team

You will be part of the Product team, composed of 8 people (product managers, designer, localisation manager) and managed by our amazing Head of Product, Solenne !

You will also work extremely closely with the whole tech team.

Preferred experience

• Experience in UX/UI Design with a portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in Figma and ability to prototype
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and a passion for creating engaging user experiences.
• Experience with user research and usability testing methodologies.
• Professional French & English

• Previous work on a B2B Saas
• Previous work on a B2C platform with virality objectives
• Animation skills
