Position Overview :
What will your role be?
Join our people team as a junior Talent Acquisition Specialist, for a 6 month intern.
You'll be responsible for recruiting PayFit's interns and apprentices throughout the year.
Your responsibilities will include :
Recruitment process :
- Management of ad posting on target job boards
- Pre-qualification by telephone
- First selection interview
- Follow-up of recruitment process with hirings managers from all PayFit departments
- Hiring proposals
School relations and employer branding:
- Monitoring and participation in recruitment events/forums, etc.
- Set up new acquisition channels according to the profiles you'll be recruiting
- Press relations & recruitment newsletters
- Working in tandem with the employer branding team
Of course, these tasks can evolve, depending on your skills in other areas!
Qualifications :
- You speak French and English
- You either study human resources, already have experience in recruitment or are keen to discover this profession
- You're known for your rigor, autonomy and sense of responsibility
- Dynamic and highly organized, you know how to prioritize your assignments and meet deadlines
- Listening skills, good interpersonal skills and respect for confidentiality are also qualities that define you.
Interview process :
1. Phone Interview with Eléonore, Talent Acquisition Specialist - (30mn)
2. Interview with the hiring manager , Raphäel - (45 mn)
3. Interview with members of the team- (30mn)
