Since 2014, Wiremind has positioned itself as a tecH company transforming the world of transport and events with a 360° approach combining UX, software, and AI.

Our expertise lies primarily in optimizing and marketing our clients' capacity. We work on various projects such as ticket forecasting and pricing, 3D optimization of air freight or scraping competitor prices. Our applications are the preferred tool of companies such as SNCF, United Airlines, Qatar Airways or even PSG to visualize, analyze and optimize their capacity.

Dynamic and ambitious, we strive to maintain our technical DNA which is the engine of our success. The company, profitable and self-financed since its creation 10 years ago, is mainly composed of engineers and experts and currently supports the growth of our business model based on "software-as-a-service" solutions.

As we scale, we are looking for a visionary Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead our revenue strategies and play a pivotal role in shaping our future growth.

Your missions 🚀

As the Chief Revenue Officer at Wiremind, you will be responsible for driving all revenue-generating activities, ensuring alignment across sales, marketing, customer success, and business development. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will define and implement strategies that accelerate growth, enhance customer acquisition and retention, and expand market share.

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue growth strategy aligned with Wiremind’s business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to define long-term goals and establish a scalable revenue model.
  • Identify new market opportunities and design entry strategies to capture them.

Sales and Business Development

  • Lead and grow the sales team, setting ambitious but achievable revenue targets.
  • Establish and refine the sales processes and methodologies, sales forecasts, ensuring data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Build strong relationships with key clients and partners to foster long-term business growth.

Marketing and Branding

  • Oversee marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and generate qualified leads.
  • Ensure seamless collaboration between marketing and sales teams to maximize conversion rates.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to maintain Wiremind’s competitive edge.

Customer Success (to be discussed)

  • Drive initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion.
  • Develop frameworks to measure and improve customer lifetime value (CLV).
  • Align customer success efforts with revenue growth goals, ensuring a seamless customer journey.

Data-Driven Approach

  • Implement analytics tools to track performance metrics across sales, marketing, and customer success.
  • Leverage insights to refine strategies and ensure optimal resource allocation.

Team Leadership

  • Build and inspire a high-performing revenue team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Mentor and develop team members to achieve personal and organizational goals.


Your profile 🔍

Experience

  • Proven track record in a senior revenue leadership role, preferably within a high-growth B2B technology or SaaS company.
  • Extensive experience in sales, marketing, and business development, with demonstrated success in scaling revenue streams.
  • Strong familiarity with the European market; experience in Paris or other major European hubs is a plus.

  • Outstanding leadership and team-building abilities.
  • Data-driven mindset with a strong understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for innovation and growth.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for events, market visits, and business development

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field; an MBA is a strong advantage.

Language Requirements

  • Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in French is highly desirable.
