At Gorgias, we’re a hybrid-first company and have exclusively hired for hybrid roles for the past two years, while still supporting our fully remote employees. Our remote team can take part in Gorgias Week, flying to the nearest hub for a week of in-person connection, along with virtual and in-person retreats for the whole company.
Hybrid employees are required to be in the office two days a week—Wednesdays and Thursdays—and can enjoy six weeks of remote work each year. After one year, hybrid employees can switch to full remote with manager approval, based on key conditions.
